Shipping Policy

This Shipping Policy applies to orders placed through the Brothers In Pets online store, unless a separate written wholesale, export, distributor, or B2B agreement applies.

Order processing

In-stock retail orders are typically prepared for shipment within 2 to 5 business days after payment is confirmed. Processing times may be longer during holidays, product launches, supplier delays, customs checks, or when an order requires product confirmation, export documentation, or special handling.

Shipping destinations

We support international sales and may ship to the countries available at checkout. Some products, including pet food, treats, supplements, litter, hygiene products, and animal-care items, may be restricted in certain countries. If we cannot legally or practically ship an item to your destination, we may contact you for more information, remove the item, offer an alternative, or cancel and refund the affected part of the order.

Shipping rates and delivery estimates

Shipping rates and available delivery methods are shown at checkout when available. For wholesale, distributor, sample, or export orders, shipping may be quoted separately. Delivery estimates are estimates only and are not guaranteed unless expressly stated in writing. Carriers, customs authorities, local holidays, weather, security inspections, and destination-country requirements can affect delivery times.

Delays

If we learn that we cannot ship your order within the time stated at checkout or within a reasonable expected time, we will contact you with an update and, where required, provide options such as accepting a revised shipping date or cancelling the affected order for a refund.

Customs, duties, and import requirements

International orders may be subject to customs duties, VAT, sales tax, import fees, brokerage fees, permits, inspections, or product restrictions. Unless checkout or a written quote clearly states otherwise, these charges and requirements are the customer's responsibility. Brothers In Pets is not responsible for delays, refusals, seizures, or costs caused by customs or import rules in the destination country.

Address accuracy

Please make sure your shipping address, email address, and phone number are accurate before placing an order. If a package is returned, delayed, or lost because of an incorrect or incomplete address, additional shipping charges may apply.

Tracking

When tracking is available, we will provide tracking information after the order ships. Tracking updates may take time to appear, especially for international shipments.

Damaged or missing shipments

If your package arrives damaged or items are missing, contact us promptly at info@brothersinpets.com. Include your order number, photos of the product, packaging, shipping label, and a description of the issue. Please keep all packaging until the case is resolved.

B2B and export shipments

Wholesale, distributor, trade-show, sample, or export shipments may be subject to separate written terms, including Incoterms, minimum order quantities, lead times, documentation requirements, freight forwarder instructions, and country-specific approvals. Those written terms will apply to the extent permitted by law.
