About Brothers In Pets

Brothers In Pets supports the pet industry through product sales, catalog activity, international sales support, buyer and distributor outreach, export-related coordination, trade-show collaboration, and related commercial services. Some activity may be retail, while other activity may be wholesale, distributor, export, sample-based, or B2B.

Use of the site

You agree to use the site only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not interfere with the site's operation, security, content, or other users. You must not misuse the site, attempt unauthorized access, scrape content at scale, introduce malicious code, or use the site to violate applicable laws or third-party rights.

We may cancel or modify orders that cannot be fulfilled lawfully or practically.

Wholesale, distributor, and B2B activity

Wholesale, distributor, export, sample, trade-show, and B2B transactions may require separate written quotes, agreements, lead times, payment terms, minimum order quantities, freight terms, product documentation, or regulatory approvals. If separate written terms apply, those terms control over these Terms to the extent of any conflict and to the extent permitted by law.

Returns, refunds, and shipping

Returns, refunds, exchanges, delivery, customs, and damaged shipments are handled according to our Return and Refund Policy and Shipping Policy, together with any mandatory rights that apply in your jurisdiction.
